How do my clients book an appointment request over the internet?  It is easy and it takes just a few minutes!  Here is how it is done.

The customer goes to your web site (http://www.MySalonOnline.com/YourName or your own custom web site name (www.YourName.com) and clicks the Book Appointment link, located on the left of the screen.

The Book an Appointment screen Page 1 of 3 will appear.  The client should enter the appropriate information, including a password, if you specified he or she should.  Click the Next button.

The Book an Appointment screen Page 2 of 3 will appear. Select the employee and services the client would like performed in the appropriate fields.   In the calendar, select the date.  Select the start time for the appointment and click Next.

The Book an Appointment screen Page 3 of 3 will appear. Verify all information is correct, enter any comments, and press the Finish button.

That's it.  The Book an Appointment Request Confirmation screen will appear. Your client will receive an appointment request tracking ID number. The client also will receive a message that says your business will call or e-mail him or her to confirm the appointment.
